waiting for something big

(descobrindo que escrever em inglês ajuda a ser sucinto)

the human kind is lost. that’s a fact. we simply stopped in time, living like soul creatures when there’s no soul, just instinct. after the invention of Jesus and all that religious stuff we simply lost our creativity. medicine progress, art, education, politics, what is all that for? what is the meaning of living if everything was already invented? yesterday life used to be a box full of surprises. today is just a box full of illusions of surprises, an empty box. doesn’t matter what you say or what you do, somebody already did it. we’re copies. the guy that predicts that in the future the robots will take the earth and destroy all the humans was right. it’s just that there are no robots, just copies of copies of copies of what men used to be: great.

from now on is just future. a blanket page, where men and women have to draw the next step of their lives day after day. is that right? life shouldn't be a living creature taking ways that are not wrong or right, ways that are just ways?. there is no right or wrong, so why we insist on separating things in that way? bad and good, like if we were masters in the art of feel. we’re just shit above shit. that’s what we are. no matter how hard we try to deny it.

everyday we listen to people that hope one day something big happen. and everyday something big happen just in front of their eyes and isn’t big enough to anyone. maybe everyone is waiting the sun to explode and destroy every minimal thing that we used to know as simple, usual. maybe this would be big enough. or maybe the sun won’t explode and all this shit about “living our lives while we still can” is just another anecdote created by someone that one day realized that humans just work when they have something to expect. i'm tired to expect.

i don’t want to live in a world where everything was invented to create an illusion of happiness. and i don’t believe something great will happen. everything that should happen just happened a long time ago. we’re just waiting for someone or something that won’t ever come. there's no messiah, no aliens, we are alone in this universe. face this reality just will make us insane, and who once told us that madness is a poor state of life was so wrong…
here is my advice for all this shit: get mad or face the truth, life, nowadays, is just a box full of illusions, an empty box.

Someone's been reading Guy Debord's "La Société du spectacle".

The situationists wrote about this already, but by saying this, I just reinforce your statement that everything has already been created and there's no more room for creative minds in this world. Well, I totally disagree with this, because physicists in the early XX century thought that there was nothing more to discover on physics, and here we are, standing before an universe that we have no clue on how to describe it.

The thing is that the world didn't change, it was we, humans, that did so. We are spectators of our own enviroment, instead of actors. Nowdays, we just sit and watch while our lives flies by our eyes. We don't interact with eachother with the same intensity as before. So stop blaiming the "world" and start doing something about it yourself. Bitch!

i was expecting someone to say: "take off your lazzy butt from the chair and start doing something". and all i have to say about this is: what? what should i do? study the universe? for what? is the universe the solution of all my problems? i don't think so...
